We can help individuals and families connect with outside hospice and palliative care providers to learn about their services. Providers review care needs and eligibility directly.
Treatment & recovery resources
We’re developing relationships with treatment centers and recovery-service providers to expand the resources available to individuals and families. When appropriate, we can share provider information or help make an introduction. Each provider handles its own assessments, eligibility, and treatment recommendations.
Kindred Pathways helps make connections. Services, eligibility, and availability are determined by the receiving organization.

Non-Medical Home Care
Kindred Pathways is working toward opening a non-medical home care agency, to offer caregiving and everyday support. Planned services include personal care, companionship, homemaking, meal preparation, and respite support. Service details, availability, and payment options will be announced when we’re ready to launch. Additional payer options may become available as required enrollment, credentialing, and approvals are completed.
For operators & residents
Residents in operator homes may benefit from additional non-medical support when our home care services launch. Home care will be assessed, arranged, and billed separately from placement services.

Talk with usIs your placement service free?
Yes. Kindred Pathways does not charge clients for placement and referral assistance. Residents are responsible for rent, deposits, move-in fees, and any other costs charged by the home or program.
Do I need income or a funding source?
For housing that requires payment, you will need verifiable income or a confirmed funding source that meets the home’s requirements. Share your budget and funding situation during intake so we can explore appropriate options.
Can I request a private room?
Yes. Tell us whether you prefer a shared or private room. Room type, rates, and availability vary by home.
Is placement guaranteed?
Placement depends on available openings, your needs and budget, and each operator’s admission requirements. Completing an intake form starts the review process; it does not reserve a room or guarantee placement.
Are non-medical home care services available now?
Non-Medical Home Care are in development. Launch details will be announced when services are ready. Home care will be separate from free placement assistance. Payment options will be announced at launch; additional payer options may become available as required enrollment, credentialing, and approvals are completed.
